If you are not fully satisfied with your Revivogen purchase for any reason, simply return all used and unused bottles within 90-days from the date your order was received for a full refund of the purchase price including taxes. These are the only details:
Shipping and handling is not refundable. You must return all used and unused bottles of Revivogen products originally sent to you at your own expense with a note requesting a refund and listing your full name, contact information and order number. Any items purchased in addition to (1) three month supply of Scalp Therapy, (1) Bio-Cleansing Shampoo and (1) Thickening conditioner must be unused and in original, sealed condition to be refundable. We must receive all items no later than 90 days from the date your order was delivered by the carrier as indicated by the delivery confirmation information. In the absence of tracking information, your guarantee ends 105 days from your order date. The guarantee is valid for one purchase per household and products must have been purchased directly from Revivogen. Failure to follow these policies may result in a partial refund or no refund.
