I was introduced to this shampoo at a dermatologists office a couple years ago and have been using it ever since. Now, this shampoo/conditioner isn't a miracle worker, nor do they claim it to be, however, if you are looking to extend the lifetime of your hair, this shampoo should do the trick. Personally speaking, I noticed my hair healthier and thicker and less shedding whenever I use it. Overall, a solid shampoo if you would like to preserve your hair.
